Walk Among Giants: Miami Design District’s Public Art Tour Returns October 10

Miami’s most stylish neighborhood is also one of its most artistic — and the best way to discover it is on foot. The Miami Design District’s Public Art Tour returns on Saturday, October 10, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., meeting at Palm Court for a guided walk through the open-air gallery the district has become.

The tour explores the history of the art and architecture that define the neighborhood, stopping at world-famous installations and murals along the way. Highlights include Buckminster Fuller’s visionary Fly’s Eye Dome, Virgil Abloh’s “Dollar a Gallon,” and Criola’s “Interdimensional Portal” — plus many more surprises tucked between the boutiques and palm trees.

Whether you’re an art lover, an architecture buff, or just looking for a beautiful Saturday morning plan, this one-hour walk is pure Miami magic: sunshine, creativity, and stories behind some of the most photographed public art in the country. Spots are limited, so reserve yours through the Design District’s event page.
