Four Themed Weekends of Fall Fun: Flamingo Gardens Harvest Festival Is On

Fall looks a little different — and a lot more tropical — at Flamingo Gardens. The beloved Harvest Festival Weekends are back for four weekends this October (3–4, 10–11, 17–18 and 24–25), each with its own theme and all included with regular garden admission.

Here’s the lineup: October 3–4 is Cowboys and Cowgirls Weekend with a performance by the South Florida Cloggers; October 10–11 goes Pirate Weekend with interactive pirate shows; October 17–18 celebrates Día de los Muertos Weekend with costumes and face painting; and October 24–25 closes with a Halloween Weekend where coming in costume is part of the fun.

Every weekend brings hayrides, pony rides for small children, farm animal encounters, costume contests, a candy giveaway and picture-perfect fall photo opportunities. New for 2026: adorable mini Highland cows, appearing from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pumpkin patch pumpkin painting is available for an additional fee.

Flamingo Gardens is at 3750 S. Flamingo Road, Davie, open 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (last entry 4 p.m.). Admission is $24 for ages 12 and up and $17 for children 3–11; members and children 2 and under enter free. Dress up for each weekend’s theme and make a day of it — the flamingos will be watching.
