This October, the Miami Design District is painting the town pink for a great cause. The district joins the fight against breast cancer with a month of special events benefiting research and patient care at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center.
The celebration opens with an evening of movement, community and purpose: a special yoga class in Palm Court followed by the Annual Pink Dome Lighting, when the iconic Buckminster Fuller Fly’s Eye Dome glows pink against the night sky. Enjoy a DJ set by DIVINA, sips from Mia Market and rosé courtesy of The Pale. Bring your own yoga mat — capacity is limited, so reserve your spot soon!
Then, from October 10–17, Shoes for a Cure returns for its third annual Miami edition, bringing together leading fashion and luxury brands for a series of charitable shopping experiences. Shop participating brands — including Veronica Beard, Manolo Blahnik, Balmain, Alexander Wang, Zadig & Voltaire, Birkenstock, Kirna Zabête and Sevan Bıçakçı — and turn the collective power of fashion into meaningful support for breast cancer research.
Held in partnership with Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, these events prove that Miami does good while looking fabulous. Mark your calendar and shop for a cause!
