On October 15, 20, 22, 27 and 29, 2026, from 7:30 to 9:30 PM, guides lead brave visitors on nighttime walks through one of South Florida’s most storied historic properties. The 1920s-era estate of Charles Deering — with its stone Richmond Cottage, the grand Stone House and acres of moonlit hammocks along Biscayne Bay — sets the stage for tales of the unexplained drawn from the property’s century of history.
The tours are among South Miami’s most beloved Halloween traditions: equal parts history lesson and spine-tingling adventure, perfect for teens and adults looking for a scare with substance. Tickets are $45 per person and the evenings regularly sell out, so booking ahead is a must.
