One of Miami’s most beloved traditions is back: the Miami Book Fair returns November 15–22, 2026, turning downtown Miami into a week-long celebration of reading, ideas, and storytelling.
Presented by Miami Dade College, the fair takes over the Wolfson Campus at 300 NE Second Avenue with author talks, panels, workshops, and programs for readers of every age — including young readers and families.
The grand finale is the famous Street Fair, Friday, November 20 through Sunday, November 22: hundreds of booksellers and exhibitors fill the streets, with Saturday hours 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (gates open at 9:00 AM). Walking in is free — come browse, discover new authors, and soak up the festival atmosphere.
For more than four decades, the Miami Book Fair has been where Miami meets the literary world: Nobel laureates, bestselling novelists, poets, chefs, and thinkers, all within a few blocks of Biscayne Bay.
Bring the family, bring a tote bag, and leave with a stack of stories. November in Miami doesn’t get better than this.
