Halloween season in Miami gets a spooky — and very fun — twist on Saturday, October 17, when the Pinecrest Zombie Run takes over Evelyn Greer Park. From 4:30 to 8 PM, costumed runners hit a 2-mile course while playful zombies try to snatch the flag-football “lives” from their belts. Survive the chase and you cross the finish line a hero.
The fun goes way beyond the run: a 40-foot zombie maze, a photo booth to capture your best monster face, music, games and activities for the whole family. The run itself starts at 6 PM, and costumes are more than welcome — the spookier, the better.
Located at 8200 SW 124th Street in Pinecrest, Evelyn Greer Park is the perfect setting for an evening of Halloween thrills without the scare overload. Tickets are $25 in advance or $30 the day of the event on Eventbrite.
Round up your bravest friends, pick your costume and get ready to outrun the undead — this is one of the most original ways to celebrate Halloween season in South Florida.
