Aventura is about to get loud, joyful and very, very Latin. Venezuelan-American artist Migguel Anggelo brings his acclaimed concert series to the Aventura Arts & Cultural Center with ICONS: LATIN RHYTHMS, a two-night celebration of the music that has shaped Latin culture across generations — Friday, October 16 and Saturday, October 17 at 8:00 PM.
The show travels through beloved songs made famous by legends like Rubén Blades and Oscar D’León, alongside Migguel’s own original music, reimagined with fresh arrangements, unexpected mashups and plenty of playful surprises. Directed by Adrian Alea with music direction by Jaime Lozano, the concert features an all-star band plus special South Florida guests including Rosie Herrera Dance Theatre, singer Robmariel Olea, drag artist Adora and Naomi Aguilera of PoiZon Ivy Lords.
As the organizers say: come ready to sing, clap and bailar. Presented by the City of Aventura. Tickets are on sale now at aventuracenter.org.
