Miami Art Week returns November 30 – December 6, 2026, and while Art Basel Miami Beach is the anchor everyone knows, the real magic spreads far beyond the Miami Beach Convention Center. More than twenty satellite fairs, outdoor installations, gallery nights and museum programs turn the entire city into one giant open-air museum. Here is your guide to the best of Miami Art Week 2026 — beyond Art Basel.
InScope: the new fair on the beach
One of the biggest stories of 2026: the fair formerly known as SCOPE debuts as InScope, taking over Ocean Drive at 8th Street from December 1–6 with 220,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor art installations, gallery pavilions and social spaces. Expect talks, performances, tours, wellness events and large-scale feature projects from artists like Swoon, Alake Shilling and Jason Hackenwerth — all steps from the sand.
Spectrum & Red Dot in Wynwood
In the Wynwood Arts District, Spectrum Miami and Red Dot Miami run December 2–6 at the Mana Wynwood Convention Center: more than 280 exhibitors and 1,000 artists from around the world, with Thursday, December 3 dedicated as “Jackson Health Day” in support of pediatric healthcare at Holtz Children’s Hospital.
Art Miami: 36 years strong
The city’s original fair, Art Miami, celebrates its 36th edition December 1–6 at One Herald Plaza on Biscayne Bay, with galleries from 25 countries — and artist Shepard Fairey receiving the 2026 Lifetime Visionary Award.
NADA and the emerging scene
For what’s next in contemporary art, head to NADA, the fair dedicated to emerging galleries, at Ice Palace Studios in downtown Miami, alongside dozens of smaller fairs and pop-up shows across the Design District and Wynwood.
Wynwood Walls & gallery nights
Wynwood itself is the week-long gallery: new murals appear overnight, galleries keep extended hours, and the Design District pairs shopping with public art installations. Many events are free and open to the public.
Tips for Art Week
Book hotels early — this week sells out. Hop between fairs without fighting for parking using the Metromover and local trolleys. And pace yourself: pick two fairs a day and leave room for the street art in between.
