Miami Children’s Museum is turning Halloween into a full day of family fun! On Saturday, October 31, the museum on Watson Island hosts MiChi-Boo!, its annual not-so-scary Halloween celebration designed just for families.
Kids can step into the Mad Scientist Lab for slimy experiments, brave a thrilling (but not-so-scary) Haunted House, and decorate mini pumpkins with paint and fabric. Trick-or-treating runs through the museum’s most beloved exhibits — from a supermarket to a sandcastle, a giant piano and even a cruise ship. The museum’s in-house theater troupe performs the spooktacular show “Creepy Pair of Underwear,” and a live DJ keeps the party grooving all day.
Don’t forget to dress in costume — there is a costume contest with prizes for the winners! With air conditioning, safe spaces and activities made for little ones, MiChi-Boo! is Miami’s must-see Halloween destination for families.
Can’t wait until the 31st? The little ones get their own spooky warm-up with Mini Monster Monday on October 26: trick-or-treat at 12:00 pm and 3:30 pm, a performance of “Creepy Pair of Underwear,” the Haunted House, and the museum’s regular Mini Monday play activities with a creepy twist.
MiChi-Boo! takes place Saturday, October 31, 2026, all day at Miami Children’s Museum, 980 MacArthur Causeway, Miami. Regular museum admission applies — check miamichildrensmuseum.org for tickets and details.
