Free Museum Weekend in Miami: Free Admission October 3–4 at PAMM, The Bass, MOCA and More

This weekend, Miami’s museum doors swing wide open — for free. On Saturday, October 3 and Sunday, October 4, 2026, Bank of America, Merrill and Bank of America Private Bank cardholders get one free general admission to participating museums through the Museums on Us program, held on the first full weekend of every month.

Just show your active card plus a photo ID at the entrance. Each cardholder receives one free general admission (the benefit is personal and non-transferable), and special ticketed exhibitions are not included — but the regular collections and galleries are all yours to explore.

Here are the Miami-area museums joining the celebration:

  • Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM), 1103 Biscayne Blvd — Sat & Sun, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • The Bass, 2100 Collins Ave, Miami Beach — Sat & Sun, 12 to 5 p.m.
  • Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA), 770 NE 125th St, North Miami — Sat & Sun, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Miami Children’s Museum, 980 MacArthur Causeway — Sat & Sun, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (adults must visit with children)
  • Freedom Tower at Miami Dade College, 600 Biscayne Blvd — Sat & Sun, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

A quick heads-up for families: on Sunday afternoon the Miami Children’s Museum hosts its Not So Scary Halloween Bash, a separate ticketed fundraiser, so plan a morning visit to enjoy the free admission. And if you can’t make it this weekend, mark your calendar — the program returns November 7–8 and December 5–6.

Grab the kids, bring your card, and make it a culture-filled Miami weekend. Happy exploring!
