Get your masks ready: Young Musicians Unite is bringing back its beloved Halloween Moonlight Masquerade for a third year, and this time the celebration is bigger, bolder, and even more generous. The nonprofit will take over The Sacred Space in Miami on Thursday, October 22, from 8:00 to 11:00 p.m., for a night of live music, theatrical performances, a premium open bar, immersive entertainment, and bites from some of Miami’s favorite restaurants. Costumes and masks are strongly encouraged — this is a masquerade, after all.
Behind the glamour is a serious mission. Proceeds from the evening support a $75,000 goal to expand free music education across Miami-Dade County. Young Musicians Unite is the nation’s largest provider of free music education, reaching more than 21,000 students every week across 131 schools. Every ticket sold helps put instruments, teachers, and stages within reach of kids who might otherwise never touch them.
Tickets start at $100 (rising to $125, and $150 at the door). The Sacred Space is located at 105 NE 24th Street in Miami. Come for the party, stay for the cause — and leave knowing your dance floor moves helped fund Miami’s next generation of musicians.
