Ring in 2027 Miami-style: warm weather, palm trees, live music and midnight fireworks over Biscayne Bay. Here is your happy guide to celebrating New Year’s Eve in Miami in 2026.
The Countdown Miami at Bayfront Park
The city’s biggest free New Year’s Eve party takes over downtown’s Bayfront Park on December 31. The 2026 lineup features Marshmello, Nicky Jam, Flo Rida, Gente de Zona and Toño Rosario, hosted by DJ M Dot — with free RSVP entry and limited VIP open-bar tickets on sale now at thecountdownmiami.com. At midnight, fireworks light up the sky over Biscayne Bay.
Tips for the perfect countdown night
Arrive early to grab a good spot on the lawn, take the Metrorail or Metromover to skip the traffic, and bring the whole family — the downtown countdown is free and open to everyone.
More ways to celebrate
Prefer the water? Biscayne Bay fireworks cruises sail on New Year’s Eve for a front-row view of the midnight show. Or simply head to the downtown waterfront or Miami Beach to watch the sky light up at midnight — in Miami, the whole bay becomes the celebration.
