Jazz royalty is coming to the Bandshell. Three-time Grammy Award winner John Scofield brings his “Electrospective” project to the Miami Beach Bandshell on Saturday, October 24, at 8 PM.
Across a remarkable 54-year career, Scofield has occasionally detoured from straight-ahead jazz into the electrified blend of funk and jazz that produced some of his most beloved projects. “Electrospective” looks back at those funk-jazz fusion classics — and for this Miami date he brings a stellar quartet featuring Oteil Burbridge, Larry Goldings and Adam Deitch.
An open-air night of groove-driven guitar mastery under the Miami Beach sky — jazz fans, this one is unmissable.
