The energizing mat Pilates class, led by Beau Monde, welcomes all levels — whether you’re a regular or trying pilates for the very first time. After class, keep the energy going: the Padel X Summer Club’s outdoor courts, launched on Lincoln Road this summer and extended through October, are right there for anyone curious about padel, the fast-growing racket sport everyone is talking about.
Lincoln Road, Miami Beach’s beloved pedestrian promenade, is the perfect backdrop — iconic architecture, tropical breezes and cafés all around. Just bring your own mat and a bottle of water; the good vibes are included.
