October just got a lot more festive in Miami. ¡Salud! Miami returns for its second year, running October 1–31, 2026, with more than 50 bars, restaurants and hotels across the city pouring discounted cocktails before 10 p.m.
Each participating spot builds its own ¡Salud! cocktail menu — and joining in couldn’t be simpler: there’s no ticket, no cover, no sign-up. Just show up, order off the ¡Salud! menu, and get there before 10 p.m. for the discount.
The lineup stretches across the map. In Miami Beach: the Matador Bar and Basement at The Miami Beach EDITION, the Rose Bar at Delano, Drift at 1 Hotel South Beach, Sweet Liberty Drinks & Supply Co., Macchialina and Hakkasan at the Fontainebleau. On Calle Ocho: Café La Trova and Ball & Chain. In Coral Gables: Graziano’s and Arkadia Grill. Plus more than 40 others from Wynwood to Brickell — including Gekkō, Casadonna, Vecinos, Fooq’s, Mama Tried, Tropezón and Swizzle Rum Bar & Drinkery.
Beyond the menus, organizers are rolling out neighborhood activations and one-off events throughout the month, announced in the ¡Salud! newsletter as they’re confirmed.
The program is produced by POPLIFE — the Miami brand experience agency behind LP Steele — with spirits educator Gabriel Urrutia, Wagner Hospitality founder Joshua Wagner and World Red Eye’s Seth Browarnik joining the team for year two.
