Polo on the Sand: Miami Beach Polo World Cup Returns November 12–15

The world’s most glamorous equestrian showdown is back on the sand. The World Polo League’s Miami Beach Polo World Cup returns to Miami Beach from November 12–15, 2026, bringing four days of high-goal polo, oceanfront hospitality, fashion, and celebration to one of the most breathtaking settings in sports.

Billed as the largest beach polo event in the world, the tournament fields eight international teams with players from more than ten nations and a stable of over 120 horses. Matches unfold right on the sand behind the iconic Setai hotel, between 21st and 22nd Streets near Collins Park, with the Atlantic Ocean as the backdrop. Two teams of three riders face off in four seven-minute chukkers, mallet-swinging across a 200-yard field of sand.

The best part? Watching is free. General admission costs nothing, so families and curious first-timers can soak up the action, the sea breeze, and the people-watching without spending a dime. Those wanting to elevate the day can book Polo Lounge passes or VIP tables with shaded lounges, live commentary, full bars, and catering.

New for 2026: children’s polo, polo clinics, a cocktail dance party, player meet-and-greets, a curated Retail Village, and Après Polo parties at The Setai. Premium experiences are on sale now — November will be here before you know it.
