Great news for nature lovers: the Miami Beach Botanical Garden has dropped its admission fee — visiting this lush 3-acre oasis at 2000 Convention Center Drive is now completely FREE, Tuesday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tucked between the Convention Center and the city, the garden is one of Miami Beach’s sweetest hidden gems: orchids, palms, butterflies, a Japanese garden corner, and quiet paths that feel a world away from Ocean Drive. Now there’s no reason not to stop by for a morning stroll, a picnic, or a peaceful moment among the tropical plants.
And just in time for spooky season, the garden hosts “Boo-tanical Garden: A Gnome & Fairy Garden Adventure” on Sunday, October 11 from 10 a.m. to noon. Kids (costumes welcome!) can enjoy Halloween crafts and shadow puppets with artist Christina Pettersson, followed by “Little Monster Tales” from noon to 1 p.m. with Fantasy Theatre Factory. Both events are free with an RSVP.
A free garden and a free Halloween adventure for the little ones — Miami Beach keeps the happy news coming.
